Grange now and Windermere now are local monthly magazines. Along with a third magazine (Ulverston now) they collectively deliver to over 30,000 homes in the South Lakes area (From Grasmere to Dalton and Cartmel)
I layout both Grange now and Windermere now, and assist local businesses with creating eye catching and relevant advertisements for inclusion in the publication, and hand over to the print firm for finalisation.
What I find both challenging and rewarding with each magazine, is producing the adverts from what can sometimes be little to no brief, and with very little assets. This combined with time sensitive print slots, makes for a very pressurised environment.
